Offsite and Onsite Roads and Servicing Design
We design and prepare plans for the construction of roads, water, drainage, sanitary sewer, ornamental street lighting and street trees for both publicly and privately owned projects. Our services also include more specialized design of stormwater detention, siltation control and pump station design.
Conceptual Designs and Feasibility Studies
We can prepare conceptual roads and servicing layout drawings, estimate civil construction costs, and prepare reports on the feasibility of the project.
Project Management
We can provide management services to manage and coordinate other consulting firms, utility companies and government agencies in navigating the project from conception through to completion.
Capacity Analysis
As a condition of rezoning or development approval, it is often necessary to calculate the capacity of the existing watermains, drianage systems and sanitary sewers.
Construction Tender and Contract Administration
We can prepare tender documents, and coordinate the tendering of construction projects to qualified contractors. If requested by the client, we act as an independent Contract Administrator, responsible for administrating the contract including the review of claims for extra construction costs, and calculating payments, holdbacks and letter of credit reduction certificates for the project.
Construction Inspection and Coordination
We provide construction inspection services where required by the local government or when requested by the client. We also provide field services during construction to resolve any conflicts which may arise.
Construction Cost Estimating
We can prepare construction cost estimates for budgeting or bonding purposes and for preparation of servicing agreements by Local Government.
